Craig's Screens on Stage

Postgraduate students in Digital Humanities (Trinity College Dublin) undertook a collaborative visualisation-based research project from Feb - April 2014, using the digitally reconstructed Abbey Theatre 1904 stage as a backdrop. The project focused on exploring a highly influential and innovative system of early twentieth century scenography used at the Abbey Theatre between 1910 and 1913, known as Screens, designed and created by Edward Gordon Craig.
